"Pampas", which means a huge pastures, home of the gauchos and beautiful hacienda. Hence the "Churrasco (spit), which served as the Rodizio. Various types of meat should be cooked over an open fire on a long sword, until it reaches the optimum flavor the meat. According to this recipe, and I still do.

These tasty dishes served to you "Cortador" at your table and cut him with a sword directly on your plate. Your appetite determines the amount of portions. Rodizio includes self-service buffet in our prayers, which we offer a large selection of fresh salads, anti pasta, cheese, ham and seafood.
Rodizio is served daily from 15 to 23 h (with the possibility of serving Rodizio from 12, in line with pre-announced).
